"Old washer gone in about 20 minutes"
Had my old washing machine hauled away when the new one was delivered. The two guys showed up pretty much on time and had it out in maybe 15 or 20 minutes, even with our awkward doorway. Only small thing was I thought they’d call ahead, but they didn’t. Not a big deal though — it all went smoothly and saved me a ton of hassle.

The packaging was all smashed and kind of falling apart, with the corners a bit wet too. The appliance looked like it had been knocked around a bunch before it got to me.

"Best price I found after shopping around"
I had a look at a few different places before ordering, and bootskitchenappliances.com came out cheaper for the exact same appliance. The delivery cost was reasonable too, so overall it just made more sense. The website maybe isn’t the flashiest, though to be fair, it did what I needed and the ordering was straightforward. Nothing too dramatic to report, I’m just glad I didn’t end up paying extra somewhere else. I’d use them again if the prices stay this good.

My delivery arrived on the exact day they said it would, and the driver gave me a quick ring before showing up. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to chase anyone around, which was really nice 😊

Had to get in touch about a faulty appliance that was still under warranty. Got it sorted in the end, but replies took longer than expected and had to chase them twice. Staff were polite enough, just wasn’t the smoothest process. Not terrible, but not great either

The order was fine in the end, but the communication was really frustrating. I barely got any useful updates and had to keep checking myself to figure out what was going on. It ended up messing with my plans because I didn’t know when to expect anything, which was annoying

"Damaged cooker was replaced in the end"
My cooker turned up with a dent on the side, which was frustrating. Customer service did sort a replacement eventually, but it took a few calls and a lot of waiting around. The most annoying part was not really knowing what was happening or when it would be fixed, as the communication wasn’t very clear. Got there in the end, but it could’ve been handled better.

The return process was just frustrating. I sent the item back, waited, heard nothing. Then I had to follow up. Then follow up again. It felt like I was the one pushing the whole refund along, which got old fast. Eventually it came through, but it took way longer than it should have.

I ordered a washing machine because the website clearly said it was in stock, so I thought great, sorted. Got the confirmation and everything, then a few days later they came back saying it wasn’t actually available and they couldn’t give me a proper date for when it would be. Which was just really frustrating because I’d already booked time off work to be in for the delivery, and then it all just fell apart. I get that stock can change, but the site really needs to be kept updated. i don’t think I’d bother ordering from them again.

My order did come in the end, so that was fine. But the tracking was not really accurate. It was saying still processing even when the package already was out for delivery. I got a bit confused, but it wasn’t a big problem overall.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really quickly, actually, quicker than I expected. They answered my question and got everything sorted without any hassle.

The delivery was a bit slower than I was hoping for, but these things happen. The package arrived in good condition, so in the end it was fine. I’d just plan for a little extra time if you need it by a certain date.

"Polite driver and a really easy delivery"
I had my appliance delivered from Boots Kitchen Appliances the whole thing was really straightforward. The driver was spot on from the start... no hassle at all.
He gave me a call before he arrived, which was helpful, and when he got to the door he was polite and friendly. He took proper care bringing the appliance in too, didn’t bash anything or make me feel rushed while I was sorting things out.
Just a simple, easy delivery really. No drama, no stress, and the driver came across as professional but still pleasant. I’d happily use them again.
